  • Ivan Oliveira (Ipea / DINTE)

    Ivan Oliveira is currently the Director of International Studies at Ipea, where he has been a career server since 2009. He has been a professor of Economics at the Rio Branco Institute since 2017. He worked as Special Advisor - Chief of the Economic Nucleus - at the Chamber of Foreign Trade between 2016 and 2017 He was a visiting researcher at Unctad in 2010. He holds a doctorate and a master's degree in Administration from the Federal University of Bahia, where he also graduated in Economics. He holds a master's degree in Latin American Studies from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. He is the author of dozens of articles, book chapters and books on trade policy, international trade, global governance and regional integration.

  • Yana Dumaresq (Min. Economy / SAIN)

    Yana Dumaresq has a master's degree from the University of Cambridge (2007), in the area of ​​foreign trade and environmental policy; Master by the University Consortium “Global Leadership Program” - composed of INSEAD, Wharton Business School, London Business School, Columbia University and China-Europe International Business School (2015), in the area of ​​corporate management and leadership; and Bachelor in International Relations, from the University of Brasília. From the federal career as Foreign Trade Analyst, she is currently Special Assistant Secretary at the Ministry of Economy, responsible for the areas of foreign trade, economic cooperation and financing for development. She was Executive Secretary of the former Ministry of Industry, Foreign Trade and Services, where she also served as Undersecretary for Strategic Management and Head of Technical Advisory. In 2013 and 2014, she was Deputy Director for Latin America at the World Economic Forum, in Switzerland. In the area of ​​sustainability, she worked at the Ministry of the Environment, the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) and the British Embassy in Brasilia.

  • Katyna Argueta (UNDP)

    Ms. Katyna Argueta, a national from Honduras, assumed the position of Resident Representative at UNDP Brazil on April 2019. She started her career in UNDP back in 2003, first as a consultant to Honduras CO Representation; then, as coordinator to HR Unit. She also worked as Deputy Country Director in Panamá (2009-2012) and Haiti (2013-2015) and as Country Director to UNDP in Mexico (2016-2019). A career diplomat – holding an ambassador status – Katyna worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Honduras as alternate Representative of the Honduran Permanent Mission to the Organization of American States (OAS), General Director of Foreign Policy, Chief of Staff of the Minister, Second Secretary of the Honduran Embassy in Great Britain and Protocol Officer. In the private sector, she held positions as director of public relations and communications, corporate planning manager and served as president of a financial institution. Katyna has studies in Management and Administration and graduated from the Diplomatic Academy "Andres Bello", in Chile.
