The Dom Helder Câmara component was interrupted due to changes in administration; finished tasks include designing and drawing the sample units for the data collection Institution. The remaining tasks were replaced by a presentation of the results of baseline studies carried out in other states (Ceará, Piauí and Paraíba) and funded by IFAD.
